This bourbon is Bottled In Bond, so it's 100 proof by definition. There's definitely a noticeable difference between this 8-year-old bourbon and their regular release, which is around 5 years or so. The flavors are more mature. Notably, this bourbon changed considerably after having a day or two to open up. The fruit flavors, as well as the more mature flavors, really developed, as did more complexity. This is a very enjoyable bourbon, and worth the 8-year wait!

This is Batch: LF19A 8, "wheated" mashbill

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0813/7565/8235/files/wilderness-trail-distillery-8-year-old-bottled-in-bond-kentucky-straight-bourbon_1.jpg?v=1793387603
https://herringboneclad.shop/products/wilderness-trail-distillery-8-year-old-bottled-in-bond-kentucky-straight-bourbon-whiskey
